About over-the-counter pick-up service

Starting in November 2020, we have launched a service that allows you to pick up products purchased on the PARTS & SUPPLY online store at an ANTRY store. In-store pickup is free of charge regardless of the purchase amount.

For in-stock items, orders (payment completed) placed by 15:00 on online store business days can be picked up as early as 10:00 the next day (ANTRY business days). Product pickup times are subject to ANTRY business hours. Please check before ordering.

In-store pickup procedure

① Select the product at the PARTS & SUPPLY online store and add it to your cart.
②Proceed to the purchase procedure by credit card payment and select "Pick up in store" as the shipping method .
③We will contact you by email when your item is ready to be picked up at the store.
④ Please visit ANTRY and show the email to the store staff to receive your item.

Notes

*Please note that due to the system, if you select Express Checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) at the time of payment, you will not be able to select in-store pickup.

* We will prepare the product after confirming your payment , so if you are in a hurry, we recommend paying by credit card. If you pay by bank transfer, please note that depending on the time of day you make the payment, it will take 1-3 days for the confirmation and you will receive the product after that.

*The store will store your parcel for one week. Please contact us in advance if you plan to receive your parcel after one week.

*If your order includes made-to-order or back-ordered items, the items will be delivered as soon as they arrive. Please note that you cannot specify a delivery date.

* It is not possible to have some items delivered and some received in one order. In that case, please place two separate orders in advance.

*Inquiries about PARTS & SUPPLY products cannot be handled at the ANTRY store, so please use the CONTACT form.
