Order Cancellations and Returns

After placing an order, you can cancel your order for a certain period of time, but we cannot accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped or products that have already begun production. Please note that we also cannot accept returns or exchanges for sale items or outlet items.

Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience. Please check the product within 7 days after the product arrives. If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived, we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if the product is defective, so please be sure to check the product immediately after it arrives.

If you don't receive an email

If there is an error in card payment

If your credit card payment is not successful, the following may be the cause:
