About delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, and remote islands

For those who wish to deliver to the Hokkaido/Okinawa area

A separate shipping fee will be charged regardless of the purchase amount. Select "Shipping estimate" on the shipping method selection screen, and select "For Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands here" on the payment screen to complete the order. At a later date, we will send you a billing email with the estimated amount including the shipping fee.

For those who wish to deliver to the remote island area

When delivering to a remote island area, a separate "remote island relay fee" will be charged in addition to the shipping fee, regardless of the amount used. An email will be sent to you on the order screen and automatically sent after your order with the amount that does not include the relay fee. Please note that we will recalculate the shipping fee and notify the affected customers later.
