  • Two people in charge of delivery will visit you.
  • It is not possible to install with "construction" such as driving fixing screws into walls or ceilings, or "remove" doors and windows during delivery. After delivery to the eaves, it will be installed by the customer himself. (Because the delivery person cannot bear the responsibility for the above work)
  • The delivery date can be delivered after the shortest delivery date that will be announced after ordering.
  • For all-day flights, the delivery time on the day is determined by the driver's delivery route and cannot be specified. On the day before or in the morning of the day of delivery, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time from the personal mobile phone of the shipping company. If we are unable to contact you, the delivery will be cancelled, so please be sure to contact us immediately.
  • When delivering to a detached house or condominium, if you have to take the stairs to a room on the 3rd floor or higher because there is no elevator, we will charge several thousand yen in advance for delivery fees for each floor, or we will send it to you on the day. payment to the delivery driver.
  • In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible due to the customer's circumstances, etc., it will be delivered on another day, and the shipping fee for re-delivery at a later date will be borne by the customer.

  • When purchasing large items such as cabinets, be sure to check in advance the delivery route from the entrance (entrance in the case of an apartment complex) to the installation location. In addition, if it is impossible to carry in due to reasons such as "I can't go through the stairs" or "I can't enter the apartment elevator" due to insufficient confirmation, we may be forced to lift it on another day or use a crane. In that case, an on-site survey and separate work charges will be incurred, so in that case, please pay directly to the delivery driver on site at the customer's expense.
  • If the product cannot be delivered and is returned to our store due to long-term absence or refusal to receive it, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, and future orders may be refused. The storage period after being absent by the carrier is one week. After this time, the product will be returned to our store, so please request redelivery as soon as possible.
  • Depending on the shape of the furniture, it may be possible to carry it vertically or rotate it even in a narrow hallway or a narrow door. If you have any concerns about importing, please contact us once before purchasing.
